This motel style bed and breakfast accommodation is situated on The Island and Royal Manor of Portland close to the village of Easton. All the bedrooms have en suite shower rooms and colour TV and contain hospitality trays for tea and coffee making. Wireless Broadband Internet access is also available. The building has eleven ground floor bedrooms, of these seven have been specifically designed for the physically disabled, one of which is for permanent wheelchair users.

Portland Lodge has drying facilities for sailors, divers, anglers, etc. to dry their equipment.

With off-road parking for cars and trailers we are just 1½ miles (2.4 km) from The National Sailing Academy and 1 mile (1.6 km) from major dive centres.
